Log Files

If you contact us via the contact form on our site or by email, the data you provide to us during this communication will be stored for six months so that requests can be processed in the event of subsequent inquiries. We will not share this information with third parties without your consent.
Visitor Analysis

Our website uses visitor analysis services provided by Google Analytics (with anonymize function). The Google Analytics service provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, United States.
Google Analytics places a cookie on your computer (The definition of cookies is explained in a separate paragraph below). The information exported by the cookie about your use of the site will be transmitted and stored by Google Inc. to US servers. For visitors within EU Member States, their IP address will be truncated by Google Inc. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent and shortened by Google Inc. servers in the US.
For our part, Google will use this information to assess your use of the site to compose reports on the activity of the site and to provide us with other services related to online use. Google does not relate to the IP address that is transmitted by your browser with other assets it owns.

Storage of data in our online store
We note that the IP data of the access line, as well as the name and the buyer’s address are stored for the purposes of the easier purchase process and for the subsequent processing of the contract.
In addition, the following data for the performance of the contract is stored with us: full name, company name, delivery and billing address, phone number, email address, and if a VAT invoice is requested, VAT Number and Tax office. The data you provide us need for the fulfillment of the contract. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you.
This data is not transferred to third parties, except to the shipping company for the purpose of delivering the goods and to our accountants for the purpose of fulfilling our tax obligations.
After the purchase process is completed, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship is stored until the end of the tax retention period.
The name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase are stored until the end of our product liability.
Your rights
You have a right to information (Articles 12, 13 and 14), to access (Article 15), rectification of data (Article 16), to erasure/”right to be forgotten” (Article 17), to restriction of processing (Article 18), to data portability (Article 20), to object (Article 21) and not to be subject to automated decision making and profiling (Article 22). If you believe that the processing of your data breaks the law on data protection or if your data protection claims have been breached in some way, you can make a complaint to the supervisory authority.
