How to use
Internal use
For internal use, drink 10ml Cistus Oil 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating, once or twice a day.
External use
For external use, moisturize by applying a small amount of Cistus Oil to the affected area.

Organic cistus by HOLOMON organic herbs is collected from Mount Holomont during the summer months June – July at an altitude of 704m – 900m. The selection of herbs is based on their stage of development. We always collect those parts of the plant that are suitable for the creation of products, but without inactivating its growth.
Holomon Organic Herbs Cistus Oil comes from the immersion of organic cistus in early harvest olive oil of our own production that has the Health Claim claim according to the European regulation 432/2012 of EFSA. It is prepared with the traditional slow method, as it takes almost two months to complete the extraction of the oil. 100% Natural product. Free of preservatives, dyes, artificial fragrances and genetically modified ingredients.
Properties
Cistus is an aromatic and medicinal plant containing balsamic resin. Cistus has the highest content of polyphenols of any plant in Europe with amazing ability to destroy free radicals as well as high antioxidant activity, strengthening the immune system. The resin has antimicrobial and cytostatic properties. It has proven properties against viruses, bacteria and fungi. It has anti-inflammatory properties and protects the intestine. It helps with many fungal infections such as mycosis, candida albicans. It is effective for skin inflammations, acne but also for chronic diseases, such as psoriasis & eczema, while last but not least, it is widely used for anti-aging skin care (external use).
