Single-variety extra virgin olive oil of low acidity. Olive variety from Halkidiki. Bright green-yellow color, rich taste of ripe olive fruit, with fruity elements and slightly bitter spicy aftertaste. It is producted in less than 48 hours from its harvest by cold pressing oiling at 25-27 ⁰C.
Use our Olive Oil as an accompaniment to salads, vegetables, grilled fish & meat. It is added towards the end of the meal to keep its ingredients as unchanged as possible.
Holomon Extra Virgin Olive Oil production is limited. Only 800 bottles of single variety Extra Virgin Olive Oil are produced, 500m each. Each bottle is numbered with its own unique number.
