Harvest

The Chamomile (Matricaria) of HOLOMON organic herbs is collected from the foothills of Mount Holomontas in the months of March – April during its full bloom at an altitude of 315m, The selection of herbs is based on their growth stage. We always collect those parts of the plant that are suitable for the creation of the products, but without inactivating its growth. The suitable stems are harvested by hand and then dried in specially designed natural drying areas, without the use of environmental machinery.

Standardization

Once the drying of the herbs is completed, the stems are again hand-sorted to be taken to the standardization process, which takes place in certified, specially designed areas, with modern machinery to ensure the quality and safety of the final product.
