Return Policy

Upon receipt of the product, the customer is responsible to check the packaging if it is intact and if the condition of the products received is the desired or there are obvious problems or defects of the product so as not to lose the rights arising from the law on defective products. In case the customer receives a defective product he is obliged to inform Holomon Organic Herbs within 2 days. In this case the return cost will be borne by Holomon Organic Herbs, provided that the return will be made in consultation and after you have contacted us about how to return them. Please note that returned products must not have been used, opened or damages, security tapes must not have been removed, and the labels accompanying the product or products must be exactly as they were when you received them together with the retail sales receipt or the invoice delivery note.

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal 14 days after receiving his order and request a refund and is not obliged to place a new order. Holomon Organic Herbs must return the money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request and receiving the returned products. However, return of money may be delayed if we have received the products back. Contact must also be made via e-mail at info@holomon.gr to give the necessary instructions for the return. It is clarified that even in this case, products must not have been used, opened or damages, security tapes must not have been removed, and the labels accompanying the product or products must be exactly as they were when you received them together with the retail sales receipt or the invoice delivery note. No refund is made for a product that has been used or its packaging has been altered in any way. In case of withdrawal the return costs are borne by the customer.
